What to do if I am not home on the day of delivery?

A first delivery attempt will be made, and if you are not home at that time, the local branch will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If you are also not home for the second delivery, the order will remain at the local branch for you to pick up. If for any reason we haven't been able to contact you to arrange delivery, you can write to us at info@graogayoso.com so we can provide you with contact information or help you in any way necessary. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES You can return or exchange the products in your order within 60 calendar days from the day you receive them, and we will issue a refund or process an exchange. How can I return a product?

You can return or exchange products online or by mail, always at no cost to you.

 Write to us at info@graogayoso.com explaining which products you want to return or exchange.

  1.  In case of return, prepare the package and send it. If it's an exchange, we'll arrange for the new product to be shipped, and the delivery driver will pick up yours on the same delivery. You can keep it in the same box so it arrives well protected.
  2. We'll process the refund as soon as we receive it at our facilities and will notify you by email.

*Returns are always free, except for the Canary Islands, the United Kingdom, the United States, Norway, Canada, and Brazil due to customs regulations.

What options do I have when returning a product?

When you return a product, you can choose between:

  • Return the product and receive a refund Paid.
  • Exchange for another product or products of equal or lesser value. If the RRP is lower, we will refund the difference.
